Saturday Sleepers

So far it has been a lazy last Saturday in May here in Athens, with everyone still sleeping in their spots of choice (except for Bean - out searching for chipmunks - and me -wandering around drinking coffee).



We also had a great weekend hosting visitors last weekend. It was great to see Jen and Brad, but we forgot to take any pictures while Beth and Hunter were here.



And, finally, a morning-time scene with her daddy and a random cute picture for the fellas.

Definitely Daddy's Daughter

In case there was any doubt whether or not she is her daddy's daughter, I found this picture the other day in a picture album my Dad put together when i graduated from high school. The first one is me in May of 1979 and the second one is Lilah in May of 2009. Spookily similar fussy faces, don't ya think?

Athens Weekend and Columbia Vacation

Mother's Day weekend in Athens was attended by 3 mothers: April, Jennifer and Jessica. And we had a great week in Columbia visiting friends and family and showing off this little girl that, as of this morning, is now weighing in at 8 pounds 9 and 1/2 ounces. She is getting bigger every day.

Thanks to all our visitors who have helped us through this first (almost) month and to all of our hosts in Columbia.
